Sales & Client Engagement
• Educate prospects on the value of timely and thorough home inspections.
• Present company services in a clear and compelling manner.

Tracking & Reporting
• Maintain a lead database (CRM) with accurate activity logs and contact records.
• Report on sales activity, pipeline growth, and relationship development efforts.
• Share market feedback to support marketing and service improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in a similar appointment setting or lead generation role.
• Strong command of CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable making calls and sending follow-up emails professionally and consistently.
• Highly organized with strong time management and follow-through skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with calendar management tools (e.g., Calendly, Google Calendar) is a plus.
