1Kosmos is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Director to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales efforts in the designated region to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base. As a Regional Sales Director, you will develop and execute sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the assigned region
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand customer base

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and motivate a sales team

Our client, a rapidly growing technology firm, is seeking a high-achieving and experienced Senior Enterprise Sales Director to lead their sales efforts in the enterprise market. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to leverage your expertise and network to drive revenue growth from anywhere in India. You will be responsible for building and managing strategic relationships with key enterprise clients, understanding their business challenges, and presenting tailored solutions.

As a Senior Enterprise Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving significant revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing large enterprise deals. You will be expected to develop and execute a strategic sales plan, build a robust pipeline, and consistently exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive enterprise sales strategy to achieve aggressive revenue targets within assigned accounts or territories.
  • Identify and prospect new enterprise-level opportunities through various channels, including networking, industry events, and outbound sales efforts.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within Fortune 500 companies.
  • Conduct in-depth discovery calls to understand prospective clients' business needs, challenges, and objectives.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that effectively articulate the value proposition of our solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, product management, and customer success teams to ensure seamless client engagement and satisfaction.
  • Accurately forecast sales opportunities and track sales progress using CRM tools.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
  • Mentor and guide junior sales team members, sharing best practices and contributing to team success.
  • Negotiate complex contract terms and pricing structures to secure profitable deals.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and events, acting as a brand ambassador.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of proven experience in enterprise software sales, consistently meeting or exceeding quotas. A deep understanding of complex sales cycles and experience selling to C-level executives is essential. Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and exceptional negotiation and closing skills are required. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are paramount for success in this remote role. A proven track record of building and managing successful enterprise sales territories is highly desirable.
