Requirements

  • Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3–5 years in a senior financial leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, taxation, and financial reporting.
  •  Proven leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Experience managing multi-country financial operations within the GCC is preferred.

What does day-to-day look like:

As a medical specialist, you will bring your subject-matter knowledge to help train and evaluate frontier AI systems. Work might include:

  • Review AI-generated answers, assessing their accuracy, depth of reasoning, and clarity
  • Spot knowledge gaps and edge cases, and propose improvements to strengthen model performance
  • Collaborate with AI researchers and fellow medical experts to shape training methods, evaluation strategies, and benchmarks
  • Provide structured feedback and insights that guide the development of next-generation AI for medicine and science


Candidate Requirements:
