What You’ll Do
- Consultative Telecalling – Connect with inbound leads and guide them toward the right gemstone or sacred product.
- Understand Customer Needs – Build rapport, identify preferences, and offer meaningful recommendations.
- Explain Product Value – Clearly communicate authenticity, benefits, and pricing.
- Drive Sales – Convert inquiries into sales and achieve monthly targets.
- CRM & Follow-ups – Maintain accurate records and ensure timely communication with potential buyers.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Communication: Strong spoken Hindi/English, clear articulation, and persuasive ability.
- Sales Aptitude: 2+ years of Team Lead Experience in sales
- Mindset: Confident, target-driven, and comfortable handling high-value conversations.
- Interest in Product Domain: Genuine curiosity or openness toward gemstones and sacred wellness.
Note: Candidates must have a personal laptop or be willing to rent one for work.
