  • Conduct outbound calls to US-based prospects to promote services such as Social Media Marketing, SEO, Website Development, Paid Advertising , and other digital marketing solutions.
  • Identify and qualify leads based on decision-making authority, business needs, and service interest level.
  • Schedule and coordinate virtual appointments for the Business Development or Sales team.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed lead records in the company’s CRM system.
