Mandatory Skills:

1. More than 10 year of experience in SCM domain
2. SAP IBP Demand Planning (DP), Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Inventory Optimization (I/O).
3. Strong stakeholder management skills
4. Experience of working with globally distributed cross cultural teams
5. Planning area set ups, Key Figures configurations, Application jobs, ECC ADD on BADI's knowledge, Cloud Platform Integrator (CPI) knowledge, Master data set ups, IBP Heuristics, Optimizer, Deployment, Demand Prioritization.
6. Good knowledge on HCI and CPI-DS able to set up jobs, trouble shoot issues for failures.
7. Maintaining Functional Specifications, design blueprint and related documentation.
8. Good knowledge of SCM Integration with SAP ERP & overview of other related modules. Experience with complex Architecture / interfaces.
9. Should have excellent functional knowledge in SAP IBP and have Implementation, Roll out, Production support experience in supply chain planning processes.
10. Perform custom & standard configurations in SAP system to satisfy business requirements.
11. More than 6+ years of Hands on Experience in SAP IBP enhancements and Developments to meet business needs , Prior AMS experience
12. Excellent knowledge of SAP Supply Chain Planning Solution (SAP IBP) and SAP S/4 and ECC. Overall knowledge of IBP architecture and capable of clearly communicating analysis & solutions to the customer.
13. Excellent communication (verbal, written and presentation) and interpersonal skills a must.
14. Ability to work closely with client personnel to ensure requirements are correctly identified and documented. Must be willing to work in a team & shifts.
15. Provides 24x7 level 3 on-call support of production systems on a rotation basis in support of technical processes and interfaces.
