**Job Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to improve website rankings on major search engines.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify opportunities for ranking improvement.
- Optimize on-page elements, including meta titles, descriptions, headings, and URL structures.
- Perform regular technical SEO audits to identify and fix issues such as broken links, site speed, and crawl errors.
- Build high-quality backlinks through ethical link-building practices.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and third-party SEO tools.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
- Collaborate with content writers and marketing teams to ensure SEO goals align with content strategy.
- Track and report on key performance metrics, such as organic traffic, rankings, and conversions.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- 1-4 years of hands-on experience in SEO and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
- Solid understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website CMS platforms like WordPress.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
**Preferred Attributes**
- Experience in local SEO and optimizing for location-specific keywords.
- Basic knowledge of paid marketing (PPC, Google Ads) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
