**What You'll Do on a Typical Day:**
+ Develop and maintain audience segmentation strategies across first-party and third-party data sources
+ Partner with marketing and campaign teams to define and refine audience definitions aligned to strategic goals
+ Collaborate with CDP and martech platform owners to deploy audience segments to activation platforms (e.g., email, paid media, web personalization)
+ Support the build, QA, and deployment of audiences in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Marketo, working closely with campaign execution teams
+ Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) on customer, prospect, and intent data to uncover behavioral and demographic patterns
+ Create audience dashboards and reporting that track size, engagement, and performance of target segments
+ Ensure data quality, hygiene, and consistency across platforms used for segmentation and targeting
+ Translate business objectives into data requirements and work cross-functionally to implement audience use cases
+ Stay current on privacy regulations and ensure compliance in audience design and activation practices
**What We're looking for:**
+ 4-6 years of experience in a data, analytics, or marketing operations role (audience strategy experience preferred)
+ Strong proficiency in SQL; experience with Python or R a plus
+ Experience working with CDPs (e.g., Adobe RTCDP, Segment, Salesforce, BlueConic) or DMPs
+ Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Contact Builder, and/or Automation Studio preferred)
+ Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and data warehouse environments (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery)
+ Understanding of digital marketing channels, campaign tracking, and lead lifecycle metrics
+ Excellent communication skills; able to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights
+ Experience working in cross-functional environments with marketers, analysts, and technical teams

Tasks & Responsibilities:


1. Claim handling:

  • Manage demurrage & post-fixture claims.
  • Liaise with the client teams, vessel, agents to gather necessary information.
  • Ensure accurate interpretation of contract clauses & evaluate claims based on same.
  • Provide analytical insights on claims.

Qualification:


Bachelor's degree, sailing background preferred.


Experience & Skills:
