The IT Manager Security & Infrastructure is responsible for overseeing the organization’s core IT infrastructure, network systems, and cybersecurity framework. This role ensures the security, availability, performance, and reliability of technology systems supporting daily business operations. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the planning, implementation, and maintenance of servers, storage, networks, and cloud environments.

• Oversee system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning to ensure optimal uptime and scalability.

• Manage vendor relationships and service-level agreements (SLAs) for hardware, software, and network providers.

• Develop and maintain documentation for network topology, configurations, and system procedures.

• Oversee endpoint protection, firewalls, VPNs, intrusion detection/prevention, and data loss prevention systems.

• Manage access controls, identity management, and incident response protocols.

• Conduct regular risk assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration tests; develop remediation plans.

• Lead cybersecurity awareness training for employees.

• Supervise and mentor IT staff and support teams to ensure efficient service delivery and professional development.

• Partner with business leaders to identify infrastructure and security needs aligned with organizational goals.

• Develop and manage IT budgets, forecasts, and procurement strategies.

• Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to enhance system performance, reliability, and security.

• Design and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

• Ensure data backup, replication, and recovery procedures are tested and reliable.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 7+ years of progressive IT experience, including 3+ years in infrastructure or security management roles.

• Proven experience managing enterprise networks, servers, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

• Demonstrated success in implementing security frameworks and compliance programs.

• Strong knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, DNS, etc.).

• Experience with security tools such as SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS, and vulnerability management solutions.

• Familiarity with Active Directory, MDM solutions, and virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V).

• Scripting or automation knowledge (e.g., PowerShell, Python) a plus.

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Information Technology Auditor to join our Group Internal Audit team of BCT. This role requires a minimum of 12 years of experience with deep expertise in IT audits, risks, controls, cybersecurity and IT governance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct annual audit risk assessment of the entire IT landscape to arrive at the IT audit plan
• Own the development and implementation of risk based IT audits for various entities of BCT
• Plan, lead and execute end-to-end IT audits including ITGC, SDLC, SaaS platform audits, cybersecurity reviews and cloud security reviews across applications, infrastructures and emerging technologies
• Evaluate adequacy and effectiveness of existing IT control framework and processes to ensure they comply with internal policies and industry best practices (eg. COBIT, NIST).

• Lead walkthroughs of IT general controls and application controls with business and technology teams
