The IT Manager Security & Infrastructure is responsible for overseeing the organization’s core IT infrastructure, network systems, and cybersecurity framework. This role ensures the security, availability, performance, and reliability of technology systems supporting daily business operations. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with leadership and project management skills to drive continuous improvement in IT governance, security posture, and infrastructure efficiency.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the planning, implementation, and maintenance of servers, storage, networks, and cloud environments.
- Oversee system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning to ensure optimal uptime and scalability.
- Manage vendor relationships and service-level agreements (SLAs) for hardware, software, and network providers.
- Develop and maintain documentation for network topology, configurations, and system procedures.
- Oversee endpoint protection, firewalls, VPNs, intrusion detection/prevention, and data loss prevention systems.
- Manage access controls, identity management, and incident response protocols.
- Conduct regular risk assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration tests; develop remediation plans.
- Lead cybersecurity awareness training for employees.

- Demonstrated success in implementing security frameworks and compliance programs.
- Strong knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, DNS, etc.).
- Experience with security tools such as SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS, and vulnerability management solutions.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, MDM solutions, and virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V).
