- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates.
- Conduct thorough candidate screening, technical assessments, and reference checks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders at client organizations.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process.
- Mentor and coach junior recruiters, providing guidance and performance feedback.
- Stay current with market trends, compensation benchmarks, and innovative recruitment technologies.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and report on key performance indicators.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within a recruitment agency or consultancy.
- Proven track record of successfully filling challenging technical roles (e.g., Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Cloud Architects).
- Expertise in using various sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search).
- Strong understanding of the technology industry and common technical skill sets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in leading or mentoring a recruitment team is a significant advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
