About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Specialist, Product Development to support the delivery of our Integrated Payment & Reconciliation capabilities. This role is critical in bridging product strategy and execution—working closely with product managers and engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable, high-quality solutions.
As part of a global team, you will be responsible for gathering and refining requirements, managing and prioritizing backlogs, and collaborating with delivery teams to ensure the successful rollout of features that help suppliers and acquirers process and reconcile B2B card payments efficiently.
This is an excellent opportunity for a product development professional with a strong understanding of acquiring, B2B payments, or AR/AP platforms and a passion for building impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with product managers to define, document, and refine functional and technical requirements for Integrated Payment & Reconciliation solutions.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
- Collaborate with engineering, QA, and delivery teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements and successful implementation.
- Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and other Agile ceremonies to drive effective delivery.
- Support testing and validation of features to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Engage with regional teams and stakeholders to capture feedback and incorporate it into requirements and backlog prioritization.
- Monitor progress and report on delivery status, risks, and dependencies to product and program leadership.

About You
- Proven experience in product development, business analysis, or technical product delivery in payments, fintech, or enterprise SaaS.
- Strong understanding of acquiring, B2B card payments, or AR/AP platforms (highly desirable).
