Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing relationships and expectations.
- Oversee paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other platforms .
- Translate client goals into actionable strategies and measurable KPIs.
- Analyse performance data and present insights to clients with clear recommendations.
- Collaborate with creative, analytics, and media teams to deliver integrated digital strategies.
- Ensure campaigns align with best practices, budget efficiency, and compliance.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years’ experience in Paid Media account management or digital client services.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and PPC strategy .
- Proven track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
