The Tableau Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive and data-driven Tableau dashboards to support business reporting and strategic decision-making. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and performance .

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports .
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and data visualizations.
• Perform ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) operations from multiple data sources.

Required Skills & Experience

Job Description:

Primary Skill:

• Proficient in SQL and Python.

Secondary Skills:

• The Senior Business Intelligence Engineer, is responsible for designing, developing visually compelling and engaging reports that drive business decisions.
• Works remotely across time zones, this role leads technical efforts to build data pipelines, gather requirements and work with executive stakeholders.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with Product, Stakeholders, and Engineering teams to gather requirements and define hypotheses.

• Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable data models and data pipelines.

• Lead design, development and maintainence of scalable data pipelines and ETL processes.

• Develop, implement and optimize dashboards/reports using BI tools(Tableau, PowerBI)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.)
• At least 5 of experience in Business Intelligence
• Must Have: SQL, Cloud-AWS/Azure/GCP, BI Tools like Qlik
• Must Have: Insurance Industry expertise will be preferred. especially in motor or commercial insurance.
