Job Description
Nearly half our company's sales revenue is generated by orders originated in our online sales portals. Those sales stem from B2C and B2B eCommerce, retail, eTail, and internal agent sales channels, as well as existing customer upgrades.
This person will support all the online sales channels by providing the business owners with visually engaging, highly impactful dashboards. To successfully deliver, this analyst will work with external team leads to ensure the reporting and analytics requirements are met, including gaining access to and leveraging data from multiple data sources.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborating with the reporting product manager to identify opportunities to improve existing Tableau dashboards
- Working directly with the sales channel's business owner to identify, report, track and deliver reporting requirements
- Designing and developing visually appealing and contextually meaningful reports and dashboards that will be reviewed by senior leadership
- Be a team SME for Tableau visualization best practices and solutions
- Mining data from a variety of sources owned by different organizations within the Enterprise. Sources include application logs, SQL and NoSQL databases, data lakes, marts and warehouses
- Partnering with internal and external teams to provide insights that result in the resolution of chronic issues impacting online sales metrics
- Experience reporting on ordering metrics of subscription-based services highly desirable

- Highly capable of leading dashboard design and review sessions with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to capture and articulate technical and non-technical details, as well as elaborate process flows

TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE
