Role Purpose
The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for building and executing recruitment strategies that align with the company's growth plans. - End-to-End Recruitment Management

Talent Pipeline & Market Mapping
- Build strong candidate pipelines for niche and critical roles.
- Conduct ongoing market research and talent mapping for the wellness, beauty, and consumer goods sectors.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure recruitment effectiveness.
- Manage external recruitment agencies, consultants, and job portals.
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
- Enhance The Wellness Shop's employer brand through recruitment campaigns, social media, and industry networks.
- Deliver a superior candidate experience to attract and retain top talent.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join ratio, quality of hire).
- Provide regular dashboards and insights to management.
Qualifications & Experience
1. 7-12 years of hands-on talent acquisition experience, preferably in D2C, FMCG, retail, or beauty/wellness sectors.
2. Proven track record of end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions - marketing, sales, manufacturing, operations, and support.
3. Strong exposure to recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and sourcing strategies.
4. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
5. MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related discipline preferred.

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with a large Canadian bank on high-volume recruitment initiatives while leading and supporting a team of recruiters.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Recruitment Account Manager & Recruitment Managers to support the client’s recruitment life cycle.
- Work closely with contractors & consultants to provide timely updates on the contracts such as contract renewals, contract termination.
- Support the HR Manager with the onboarding of newly hired contractors / consultants / employees.
- Create & maintain effective spreadsheets to track a variety of items such as Issue logs, Interview logs, Job Posting logs, Candidate logs, Action Item logs.
- Attend team meetings, & client meetings.
- Set up meetings, make reservations for senior management.

- Monitor recruiter performance, provide feedback, and implement process improvements.
- Support recruitment directly when needed during high-volume periods.
- Support recruitment manager with creating a Monthly KPI Report (Key Performance Indicator).
Qualifications
- University Degree
- Excellent English oral & written skills, fluency in English is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite, and recruitment tools.
- Excellent organizational skills, & Attention to Details.
