**What will you do :**
+ As a people manager for Tata Group & Enterprise Customers, you will be responsible for driving the go-to-market (GTM) strategy, with focus on Cloud hyper-growth, and Customer lifetime value
+ Define the vision and create a winning strategy that is based upon the strengths of SAP and responds to specific market needs and developing new revenue streams to deliver growth in cloud business
+ Assist customers in leveraging the power of SAP Business Suite and Public Cloud growth to transform their business by accelerating their journey to cloud
+ Strategise & enable executive connects and strong C-level relationships with customers to drive partnership
+ Accelerate customer success, drive strategic priorities for SAP and deliver people success
+ Inspire & motivate people to think big, unlock potential & build sustainable business through market making
+ Guide team to create & drive digital transformation programs across customers to generate consistent multi-million, multi-cloud business
+ Drive cloud business growth in segment and deliver quarterly & annual sales objectives

**What you Bring**
+ Experience of working in a cross-functional, highly matrix organization, including understanding of global/regional/country organizational dynamic
+ 15 years of business experience in Technology Sales or Consulting, with leading consulting/business applications/IT companies
+ People management experience of 2-3 years with successful track record in leading sizeable team of sales individual contributors
+ Strong executive presence and proven abilities in leading & managing business across large & strategic customers. Desirable to have relationships & experience of working with enterprises like Tata Group etc
+ Strategic thinking with high degree of creativity & innovation to grow cloud business
+ Bachelor equivalent and post-graduation in management is preferred

What you do
