By joining us as Manager - Taxation, you will be responsible for all taxation related compliances including Direct Taxation (including international taxation), GST, Customs, and DGFT. You are expected to work with internal teams to advise on compliance and achieving qualitative outcomes.
**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Process owner of overall tax compliance of the Company
+ Identifies and leads implementation of process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency in the tax compliance process.
+ Ensuring timely compliances, maintaining documentation and records related to tax filings, provisions, tax accounting, and other tax-related activities.
+ Coordinate and handle tax audits and open litigations and communicate outcome to relevant collaborators.
+ Collaborate with other teams, such as finance, legal and operations, to ensure alignment and coordination on tax matters.
+ Identify and implement tax planning and optimization opportunities.
+ Stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations in India and proactively identify potential risks or opportunities for the organization.
+ Identify tax areas where technology can be used as a tool to simplify and improve the existing processes and implementation thereof.

+ Understand the nature of the job requirements
+ Excellent knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance and all types of tax returns
+ Good at meeting deadlines and solving problems
+ Qualified chartered accountant/ Cost Accountant/ Company Secretary/ Law Degree with a post qualification experience of 8 - 10 years in handling tax matters (Direct and Indirect taxation), compliance, and litigation matters
