About the Role
We are seeking a performance-driven PPC Team Lead with at least 3 years of experience in digital advertising. This role requires deep expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max) and Meta Ads , with the ability to strategize, execute, and optimize campaigns that deliver measurable ROI. The individual will be responsible for leading a small team, driving operational excellence, and ensuring that client campaigns consistently achieve performance benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategically plan, implement, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads , with Google Ads as the primary channel.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and oversight to a team of PPC executives to maintain quality control and improve team capabilities.
- Conduct advanced keyword research, audience segmentation, and creative testing to maximize campaign efficiency.
- Manage budgets, pacing, and bidding strategies to optimize conversions and ROI.
- Establish proper tracking mechanisms (Google Tag Manager, GA4, enhanced conversions) and ensure data accuracy.
- Prepare in-depth performance reports, highlighting insights, trends, and actionable recommendations for internal stakeholders and clients.
- Collaborate with SEO, content, and design teams to align campaign strategies across channels.
- Remain updated on evolving Google Ads and Meta Ads features, policies, and best practices, integrating new opportunities into campaign strategy.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3 years of proven hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns .
- Strong command of campaign types including Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, and Meta lead generation/conversion campaigns .
- Proficiency with analytics tools including GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio .
- Demonstrated ability to analyze large data sets, extract insights, and make optimization decisions.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- In-depth knowledge of PPC platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising platforms.
- Familiarity with conversion tracking and web analytics tools.
- Excellent understanding of keyword research, bid management, and ad copywriting.
- Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads and other relevant platforms are preferred.

Visual Presentation of Store

Cost Management
Cost monitoring for VM & ensuring spends are within budgets.
Maintenance of Mannequins.
Management of VM props & elements.
Documentation of VM activities and budgets.
Vendor Management
Sourcing of Vendors for VM elements.
Outsourcing VM design execution.
