About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience across financial accounting, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), and revenue management. This role is critical in driving financial reporting, supporting the CFO with data for CXO / Board reporting, strategic decision-making, and ensuring strong financial governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day financial accounting operations, including general ledger, reconciliations, and financial reporting

• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes in compliance with relevant accounting standards

• Develop and manage budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes

• Provide insightful financial analysis to support business strategy and decision-making

• Monitor and optimize revenue streams, pricing strategies, and profitability metrics, sales pipeline tracking

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal financial controls

• Assist CFO with preparation of financial reports to senior management

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field (CA qualification preferred)

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in financial accounting, FP&A, and revenue management

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail

• Proficiency in financial systems and advanced Excel skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Job Summary:

The Personal Assistant will provide high-level administrative, coordination, and liaison support across political, public, and organizational matters. The role requires a high degree of confidentiality, excellent organizational abilities, and the capability to manage dynamic political schedules and communications efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules, particularly for political and public engagements.


• Coordinate with political leaders, government officials, party workers, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Billing:  Prepare and process Client RA bills, Final bills, and Sub-contractor certificates.


• Site Measurement:  Conduct physical measurements for road and building works; maintain official Measurement Books (MB).


• Site Supervision:  Oversee daily on-site operations to ensure work is executed according to drawings, quality standards, and safety protocols.


• Data Management:  Use Advanced Excel  for quantity take-offs, Material Reconciliation, and Bar Bending Schedules (BBS).


• Coordination:  Liaise between Site teams, Procurement, and Clients to resolve disputes and ensure timely bill certification.
