Co-Chairman | Healthcare Operations & Strategic Leadership | Hospital Platform

Join as Co-Chairman of a healthcare consolidation platform acquiring cashflow-positive hospitals (20–100 beds) in Tier-2/3 India. Seeking a retired senior healthcare executive with 15+ years leading multi-site hospital operations, clinical governance, and integration.

    About the Company

We are building a healthcare consolidation platform to acquire and integrate small to mid-sized hospitals (20–100 beds) in Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities. Our disciplined acquisition model targets hospitals with ₹10–₹0 crore in revenue and 12–18% EBITDA margins.

Over the next 12–18 months, we plan to acquire 6–8 hospitals in Maharashtra, adding 600–800 beds and generating ₹180–₹25 rore in consolidated revenue. Hospitals will be organised into regional clusters with shared clinical protocols, procurement, and administration — improving efficiency and margins.

The market opportunity is significant: ₹1 trillion in hospital assets are expected to change hands in the next 5–7 years, driven by succession gaps, promoter fatigue, and regulatory pressures. Unlike aggregators, we will own and operate each hospital directly to ensure consistent quality, pricing, staffing, and branding.

    Role Summary

Co-lead the board with the Chairman, providing operational governance, clinical oversight, and integration leadership. Standardise protocols, optimise performance, and ensure hospitals meet quality, compliance, and efficiency benchmarks across the platform.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead operational oversight and clinical governance.

    • Drive standardisation of protocols, procurement, and staffing.

    • Support hospital integration and performance optimisation.

    • Co-chair board and operational committees.

    • Collaborate with executive management on risk and strategy.

    Candidate Requirements (Mandatory)

    • Retired senior healthcare executive with 15+ years managing hospitals or healthcare networks.

    • Proven operational leadership in multi-site or integrated healthcare settings.

    • Strong background in clinical governance, regulatory compliance, and quality frameworks.

    • Prior board or advisory role experience preferred.

    Compensation

    • FREE FOUNDERS’ EQUITY ownership up to 7% , based on involvement and contribution.

    • Equity in a cashflow-positive healthcare platform with audited financials and tangible assets — not speculative.

    • Director fees and honorariums introduced once cashflow positive.

    Why Join Us

    • Play a key role in building India’s largest mid-market hospital network.

    • Solve liquidity, succession, and operational challenges for hospital owners.

    • Shape a platform with consistent quality, cost efficiency, and clinical excellence.

    • Work alongside leaders with deep expertise in both hospital operations and healthcare M&A.

    Location & Commitment:

India-based, with remote flexibility. Candidates in India or NRI hubs (UK, UAE, Singapore) welcome.

    Job Description

Sales & Brand Strategy - Senior Leadership

Location: Hyderabad (on-site , remote / hydbrid doesnt work for us )

    About Nolwa Studio

Nolwa Studio is a design studio and gallery based out of Hyderabad, India. The studio creates collectible objects of art and design by bringing together traditional crafts and contemporary perspectives. We work with Indian craftsmen and global designers to create objects that celebrate Indian craftsmanship. We’re seeking people who share our passion for excellence and meaningfully expanding our presence in the world.

    Role Overview

The role is intrapreneurial in nature. We are looking for a dynamic, relationship-driven Sales & Brand Strategy Lead to champion Nolwa Studio’s presence across national and international platforms — from galleries and collectors to cultural institutions and design fairs.

You will be representing Nolwa along with the founder and be responsible for growing our reach, building intentional relationships, and ensuring our brand is represented with clarity, coherence, consistency and charisma across all touchpoints.

This is a hybrid role that blends sales leadership (70% focus) with brand custodianship (30% focus) , requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on implementation. You will work closely with the Founder to develop and implement sales, outreach and brand building efforts.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Sales & Partnerships

    • Outbound Sales & Business Development Strategy: Proactively identify and engage potential clients, institutions, and buyers through personalized outreach and curated engagement strategies.
    • Architect & Interior Designer Engagement: Curate a list of high-alignment industry professionals; lead 1:1 conversations and design immersive experiences or events for engagement.
    • Gallery Placements: Identify and research national and international galleries aligned with our ethos; lead outreach and placement efforts.
    • Museum Acquisitions: Research acquisition opportunities and initiate conversations with relevant departments and curators.
    • Distribution Platforms: Proactively explore and evaluate other curated sales platforms, online marketplaces, and luxury retail partnerships.
    • Collaborations: Handle collaboration requests; assess alignment and manage negotiations, contracts, and communications.
    • Inbound Sales: Manage and respond to sales inquiries, nurturing relationships with potential clients, collectors, curators, and collaborators.
    • Representation: Represent Nolwa Studio across online and offline platforms, including exhibitions, talks, and design gatherings.

    2. Brand Strategy & Custodianship

    • Brand Custodianship: Be the bridge between the brand internally and all external consultants - including web, design, PR, etc - to ensure the brand strategy is translated to all touchpoints
    • Visibility Strategy: Collaborate with the founder and creative team to decide on fairs, awards, and exhibitions that align with our brand narrative and growth vision.
    • Luxury Marketing: Think out of the box to position Nolwa in unexpected, prestigious, and meaningful contexts – forging our path in luxury without clichés.
    • Social Media & Storytelling: Collaborate with our visual designer and freelance content team to create and guide compelling narratives across digital channels – with a focus on product storytelling, process, and brand philosophy.
    • PR & Communications Alignment: Work closely with our PR consultants and communications partners to ensure messaging consistency and elevate our presence in the design and art worlds.

    What We’re Looking For

    • 5–7 years of experience in sales, partnerships, business development, or brand strategy — ideally in design, art, fashion, or luxury.
    • Design/Art Gallery background would be an added advantage.
    • Deep appreciation for collectible design, craftsmanship, and the intersection of culture and commerce.
    • Strong global awareness of galleries, fairs, and institutions; existing networks in the design/art world are a plus.
    • Proven ability to build and nurture relationships with high-value clients, collaborators, and stakeholders.
    • Creative thinker with an eye for storytelling, strategy, and detail.
    • Confident communicator and brand representative — both online and in person.
    • Independent, proactive, and excited to grow alongside a small, passionate team.

    Why Nolwa Studio

You’ll join a vision-led studio at a transformative moment. We’re not just selling objects — we’re cultivating a legacy. If you believe in soulful luxury, intentional growth, and storytelling as a form of art and strategy, we’d love to hear from you.
