Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Leader for our BFSI Practice in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will bring deep financial sector expertise along with strong leadership skills to manage complex client mandates across banking, capital markets, insurance, fintech, and investment management.
This role requires someone who can be a strategic advisor to CXOs, build trusted relationships with clients, manage reputation and crisis situations, and lead a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic communication programs for banks, NBFCs, insurers, asset managers, fintechs, and other BFSI clients.
- Advise CEOs, CFOs, and CXOs on reputation, crisis, investor relations, and regulatory issues.
- Develop integrated communication strategies, campaigns, and narratives aligned with client business objectives.
- Leverage knowledge of capital markets, policy, and BFSI ecosystem to deliver thought leadership.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with business media, analysts, regulators, and digital influencers.
- Guide and inspire teams, ensuring capability development and collaboration across practices.

Ideal Candidate Profile
- 12-15 years of experience in BFSI sector communications, corporate affairs, consulting, or related fields.
- Exposure across Agency & Corporate Communications / Media & BFSI / Consulting & Policy / Investor Relations & Capital Markets (preferred).
- Strong grounding in financial markets, regulatory environment, and policy landscape.
- Proven expertise in reputation, issues, and crisis management.
- Excellent client engagement skills – able to build trust, demonstrate energy, and inspire confidence in boardrooms.
- Prior experience in managing P&Ls and high-performing teams.

Learning Program Design & Delivery
- Assist in designing, developing, and implementing learning interventions (classroom, virtual, blended).

Training Operations & Administration
