Basic Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in a discipline that requires problem-solving, typically Engineering, Physics, Finance, Business, Statistics or equivalent professional experience
- 3+ years of Program Management experience. Experience in conducting in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis and Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel
- Experience with business intelligence and data visualization and reporting tools (e.g. Tableau). Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL, Visual Basic or other programming languages
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced forecast modeling techniques including safety stock optimization and sensitivity analysis

As Data Centre Operations Engineer, you will be the primary point of contact for internal customers. There is never a dull moment as each day presents itself with different challenges. Some of the key responsibilities you will undertake are:
- You will troubleshoot technical issues on advanced hardware, ranging from servers, storage and networking devices on a 24/7 basis.
- You will maintain a high level of system reliability and availability.

As a successful Data Center Operations engineer, your day-to-day work will include:
- Installation and configurations on Data center Servers and Network systems
- Installation, troubleshooting and replacement of internal and external hardware parts of Servers and Network devices
- Work within a ticket-based environment and work on systematic problem resolution
- Work on rotational shift-based schedule to maintain high system reliability
- Collaborate with internal teams and share ideas and contribute in innovative projects to improve DC work environment and overall efficiencies.

The Opportunity: Data Centre Operations Tech
This role is a unique opportunity to work in some of the most cutting edge data centers in the world. ADSIPL's data centers are large-scale high-density centers where you will be working on changing the face of Cloud technology in India.
A Data Centre Operations Tech at ADSIPL may be the primary point of contact for both internal customers (for example: Network Engineers, Systems Engineers, Software Developers, Database Engineers, Technical Operations) and external customers (Hardware Vendors, Contractors, Service Providers among others).

Problem Solving: Maintain a high level of system reliability by prioritizing and resolving trouble tickets efficiently, these include:
-Escalation point and technical troubleshooter for all -Systems and Network hardware problems
-Deep diving into Linux server issues
-XEN service virtualization troubleshooting
