You will partner with our engineering teams in breaking down complex projects into specific goals and tasks, while ensuring the long-term vision is delivered. You are action oriented and prioritize delivering roadmap items, proactively identify gaps, as well as opportunities in engineering and operations excellence.
The Enterprise Data & AI Solutions teams cover a wide breadth of services including data integrations, engineering, governance, reporting, and platforms . The work directly supports core data services throughout the organization used by executive consumers, data science and machine learning projects, financial and strategic planning, and master data management . This work provides high visibility opportunities to work across functions, with leadership, and with external partners.
Your Role Accountabilities:
**Communication & Influence**

+ **Documentation & Maintenance** : Document, articulate, and maintain technical and business requirements throughout the program lifecycle.
+ **Requirements Gathering** : Discover and articulate business and technical requirements and dependencies, including those involving external teams and third-party partners.
+ **Feature Planning:** Translate stakeholder needs into actionable features and ensure alignment with business goals.
+ **Implementation Readiness:** Work with development teams to uncover implementation details and proactively identify roadblocks.

**Problem Solving & Innovation**
+ **Problem Framing:** Create clear problem statements and use data to develop proposals and solutions.

Qualifications & Experiences:
+ 8 + years of experience as a Program Manager working across multiple technical projects.
+ D ata/analytics experience - you're a data person who can understand and document how data created in systems makes its way across enterprise data landscape .
+ Ability to function effectively and consistently when faced with frequently changing and sometimes ambiguous goals.
+ Ability to drive definition of project scope, develop detailed project plans and facilitate the collection of engineering, operational and business requirements.
+ Excellent interpersonal skills, including negotiation and problem resolution in a cross-functional team.
+ Strong understanding and experience with development methodologies, including waterfall and agile.
+ Ability to learn project management tools in order to continuously improve effectiveness.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to translate complex technical solutions and features into intuitive business concepts.
+ Strong business acumen that balances strategic initiatives and engineering needs.

+ Public speaking and presentation skills .

The Technical Director at Accordion is responsible for leading the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of the technology stack. Strong understanding of relational databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, or Oracle, and experience with at least one modern data warehouse platform like Azure Synapse, AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, or Snowflake.

Experience working with leading BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, DOMO, or Looker.

Role overview:
The Technical Director at Accordion is responsible for leading the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of the technology stack. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong business acumen, and the ability to architect scalable, cost-effective solutions tailored to evolving client needs. The Technical Director will assess and enhance existing system architectures across both on-premises and cloud environments to improve performance and ensure long-term sustainability. Additionally, the role demands a strong understanding of industry standards and best practices, as well as the ability to work hands-on with diverse tools and technologies. The Technical Director will also demonstrate strong critical thinking, organizational skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional stakeholders.

What You will do:
Partner with clients to understand their business needs and create comprehensive business requirements.
Develop end-to-end Business Intelligence frameworks, recommending the right architecture (on-premises or cloud-based) and analytics solutions.
Collaborate with business and technology teams to guide solution development and ensure successful implementation.
Work closely with business teams to define KPIs and metrics aligned with organizational goals. Partner with Project Managers to develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery within the set schedule.
Create standard reports and functional dashboards based on business requirements to provide actionable insights.
Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer programs for junior developers, recommending improvements to enhance reporting solutions.
Stay curious and proactive in learning new tools and technologies to offer forward-thinking solutions for clients.

Ideally, you have:
An undergraduate degree (B. E/B. Tech.) from a tier-1 or tier-2 institution.
Over 7 years of relevant experience in the data and analytics domain.
Hands-on expertise with SQL Server, including SSIS, SSAS, and SSRS.
Strong understanding of relational databases such as SQL Server, My SQL, or Oracle, and experience with at least one modern data warehouse platform like Azure Synapse, AWS Redshift, Google Big Query, or Snowflake.
Experience working with leading BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, DOMO, or Looker.
A solid understanding of cloud platforms—either Azure or AWS—with familiarity in tools like Azure Data Factory, SQL Database, Dev Ops, Logic Apps, Analysis Services, or AWS Glue, Redshift, RDS, Quick Sight.
A demonstrated ability to take initiative and drive innovation.
An analytical mindset and a strong problem-solving orientation.

  • We are seeking a seasoned technical support specialist to provide expert assistance for Oracle EBS R12 systems, focusing on Supply Chain Management modules.

Key Responsibilities:
