+ DevOps/Release Engineer who understand the Salesforce Metadata objects and relationships
+ This individual will help in supporting and transforming the Salesforce ORG and Repository.
+ Deploy all code and config changes to different environments for build teams, break fixes and enhancement.
+ Should be able to manage two to three production releases every month.
+ Own and maintain version control repositories and CI/CD pipelines on Bitbucket and Azure DevOps.
+ Should also possess knowledge on tools Azure DevOps, Bitbucket, Vscode, GIT, Workbench, Ownbackup, Dataloader.

+ Create sandboxes and make them ready for the project development.
+ Define and Refresh full sandboxes at regular intervals.
+ Ensure 80% or more test class coverage is maintained prior to UAT/ STG/ Prod deployment.
+ This individual should understand the Salesforce Data model and Data loading skills.
+ Communicate release schedule and changes to stakeholders.
+ Coordinate Branching and Merging strategies with development and QA teams.
+ Drive release process improvement initiatives.
+ Manage risks and resolves issues that affect schedule or release scope.
+ The Individual should be hands-on with the above skills and should demonstrate intuitiveness who can convert the complex business problems into simple technological solutions and should be on track with KPI and project deliverables.
