Job Purpose:

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily technical support to faculty, staff, and students in the computer lab environment.
- Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers and operating systems, including iMacs and other specialized equipment.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science or a related field.
- 5-6 years of experience in IT support or lab management, preferably in an academic or media/production environment.
- Proficiency in macOS and Windows systems, hardware installation, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with studio equipment (DSLRs, lighting, audio-visual tools) is an added advantage.
