This is a full-time on-site role as a Test Manager based in Mumbai at QualityKiosk Technologies. The Test Manager will be responsible for test execution, test management, test strategy development, testing, and creating test cases. The role involves overseeing the testing process, ensuring quality standards, and driving continuous improvements in testing methodologies.
- 12+ years of experience in Mobile Internet banking(Corporate/Retail Internet Banking), Payments, Forex, WMS or Cash Management or Trade Finance, Loans, Lending, LOS, LMS-preferable banking projects.
- Lead and manage testing efforts for multiple projects, including test planning, execution, and reporting.
- Define and implement test strategies, methodologies, and best practices to ensure the quality and reliability of software products.
- Manage testing resources, including test engineers, testers, and automation engineers, to ensure optimal utilization and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate software functionality and performance. - Coordinate with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure alignment on testing priorities.
- Analyse test results, identify trends, and communicate findings to stakeholders effectively.
- Drive the resolution of defects and issues, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution. Monitor and report on testing progress, including test coverage, defect status, and project timelines.

- Define test strategies across wealth use cases, integration with banking systems, and cloud deployments.
- Collaborate with Comarch product and implementation teams to align on release quality.
