Qualifications:

- Proven expertise in instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and curriculum frameworks (e.g., ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy).
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Moodle, Blackboard, or Canvas.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
