Position: Intern - Legal


Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

The Intern shall be required to assist in:


  • Legal Research including interpretation of laws and judgements of the court


  • Examining legal issues related to new business proposals


  • Structuring, drafting, reviewing and vetting contracts and other legal documents


  • Developing Company’s policies and positions on legal issues

  9. Leave Policy: 1 leave per month . For final semester students, leave will be provided for exams and final presentations. No frequent leaves allowed other than academic requirements.

  12. Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality during and after internship
  13. Code of Conduct: Must follow company rules, discipline, and behavior policies
