**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and update **master plans**, **zonal plans**, and development strategies.
- Conduct **urban research**, **field surveys**, and stakeholder consultations.
- Analyze land use, infrastructure, socio-economic, and demographic data.
- Develop spatial and non-spatial planning proposals using GIS and planning tools.
- Prepare **GIS-based maps**, **planning reports**, and project documentation.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, and environmental consultants.
- Provide support in **government mission-based projects** like AMRUT, Smart Cities, and Swachh Bharat Mission.
- Ensure compliance with **urban planning guidelines**, zoning laws, and local regulations.
- Participate in meetings with government departments and urban local bodies.
- Prepare and deliver presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in **Urban Planning**, **Regional Planning**, or related discipline.
- Proficiency in **GIS (ArcGIS/QGIS)** and urban planning tools.
- Strong analytical, report writing, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Experience working on government-funded urban planning projects is preferred.
