As a User Researcher you work closely together with key design and product team members to identify and explore discovery spaces. Your job as a user researcher will be to lead and execute user-centric projects end-to-end, from roll-in to conceptualization and usability testing.
You engage with end users, customers, and customer-facing teams to better understand the needs of the users. With your skills and passion, you and the whole UX team are driving a user-centric product definition.
**What you bring :**
- Degree in Psychology, Cognitive Science, Human Computer Interaction or comparable fields
- Minimum 4-12 years experience in conducting user research, preferably in a business software context
- Experience with applying a variety of both, qualitative and quantitative user research methods
- Experience with different research tools (e.g. UserZoom, Respondent, User Interviews)
- Experience in the area of ERP software and/or working in the product operating model is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English and preferably Hindi (also in writing)
You are a dynamic and strong team player with good writing, presentation, and time management skills. You feel comfortable working and communicating in international and cross-functional teams. You can effectively engage and convey findings to cross-functional technical and non-technical teams.

· Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to understand their requirements and provide lists that meet their criteria.
· Support sales campaigns by providing targeted lists and segmenting data as needed.
· Monitor the performance of the generated lists, tracking key metrics such as lead quality and conversion rates.
· Provide regular reports and insights on list-building activities and their impact on sales and marketing efforts.
· Stay updated on new tools and technologies that can enhance lead generation and data management efforts.
Key Skills:
· 0-2 years of experience in a lead generation, data management, or research-focused role.
· Good Communication Skills.
· Problem Solving & Critical Thinking.
· Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).

Location - Bangalore

Shift Days - Sunday to Thursday (Timings: 10:30 am to 7:30 pm IST)

Requirements:
• Conduct list and database research to identify potential prospect companies in the Middle East region.
• Utilize various web tools and databases to create new c-level contacts and companies.
• Employ effective pitching techniques and make 80 to 100 calls to gather relevant information such as mobile, email and other details .
• Determine the appropriate point of contacts within target companies. (CIOs, IT Directors, CFOs and more) .
• Update and maintain accurate information on Salesforce CRM platform.
• Utilize cold calling/tele skills to effectively engage with companies and extract necessary information.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in conducting similar research activities within the Middle East market is highly desirable.
• Candidate having cold calling/tele skills to collect database are preferred .
• Experience in using tools such as LinkedIn sales navigator, lusha, signal hire, salesforce, zoom info, rocket research, dripfy and more.
