**Senior Manager - Asset & Configuration Management**
**What you will do**

In this vital role, you will shape and drive the strategic roadmap for Amgen's Configuration Management Database (CMDB), IT Asset Management (ITAM), and related IT Service Management (ITSM) processes within the ServiceNow platform. + Lead the strategy, execution, and governance of Asset & Configuration Management and supporting ITIL processes (including Incident, Problem, Change, and Release) using ServiceNow.

  • Complete rules area runs for Technical Services and Configuration Control, and initiate action on identified issues
  • Initiate Airworthiness Directive (AD) assessment process, as outlined in the GMM, upon receipt from the Chief Inspector
  • Prepare and revise Aircraft Configuration Drawings, as necessary, to reflect the PSA-approved configuration of the CRJ-700/900
  • Collect and resolve all Requests for Technical Services (RFTSs) for configuration changes submitted by frontline staff
