- 7–10 years total experience, with at least 3+ years in team leadership .
- Background in digital marketing operations / outsourcing setup .

- Strong analytical skills – experience with Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau would be a plus
- Hands-on with QA frameworks and error analysis.
