Role Title: Head of Web Design/Web Design Studio Lead

Business Unit: Zensciences (Agency-Wide)

Reporting To: Chief Business Officer (with close working relationship with the Founding Partners)

About the Role

Zensciences is India’s largest B2B marketing and creative agency. We are looking for a Head of Web Design / Web Design Studio Lead to own and elevate our website design practice. You’ll lead a talented team delivering high-performance, high-impact websites for some of the most respected brands in technology and enterprise.

This role blends design craft, systems thinking, creative leadership, and hands-on mentoring. This is an opportunity to build a studio with the backing of a powerhouse agency and the freedom to shape the future of B2B web experiences.

Role Purpose

To lead and evolve Zensciences’ current web design practice into a world-class capability — blending deep design craft, B2B brand context, and execution excellence. This role will shape how top-tier B2B enterprises and others show up in the digital world. You will guide a growing team of senior and junior designers, deliver high-performance websites, and build scalable systems and standards that elevate quality and speed.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the creative direction and design execution for all web projects — from kickoff to deployment.
• Develop design systems, component libraries, and visual standards across clients and platforms.
• Mentor and coach a team of designers, enabling growth in both craft and confidence.
• Collaborate with strategists, writers, and developers to create cohesive user journeys.
• Lead feedback loops, QA reviews, and sign-offs across all design deliverables.
• Stay ahead of UX, accessibility, and tooling trends , including AI and automation.
• Create an internal culture of speed, detail, and ambition in digital design.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 9–12 years of web/UX/UI design experience, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or mentorship role .
• Strong portfolio of large scale web projects or enterprise-grade websites — ideally for B2B, SaaS, or complex services brands.
• Mastery of Figma , prototyping tools, and responsive design best practices.
• Strong grasp of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG) , and performance principles. Experience integrating design with multiple CMS (WordPress, Webflow, or headless).
• Comfortable working with developers and PMs , and confident presenting to clients.
• A high-craft, low-ego leader — who cares about both perfect pixels and the people behind it.
• Comfortable building from scratch if need be, iterating fast, and leading by example.

Job Title: Business Development Manager - Web Design, Digital Marketing, and Mobile App Development

Salary- 30 % hike on current salary

Overview:

We are seeking a driven and goal-oriented Business Development Manager with a minimum of 5 years' experience and a solid background in the Web Design, Digital Marketing, and Mobile App Development industry. The ideal candidate will possess a proven ability to meet and exceed targets while leveraging their technology expertise to drive business growth.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is advantageous.

Minimum of 5 years' experience in business development within the Web Design, Digital Marketing, or Mobile App Development industry.

Strong grasp of industry-specific trends, technologies, and client requirements.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.

Proficiency in CRM software and project management tools.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Job Description

End-User Experience Specialist

• Large Federal Government Department
• Australian Citizens with an active NV2 Government Security Clearance
• Hybrid position based in Canberra

Responsibilities / Duties:

• Identify, evaluate, and manage the adoption of appropriate tools, techniques and processes (including automation and continuous integration) to create a robust integration framework. 
• Develop concept and capability in alignment with technical requirements.
• Develop low-level architecture and implement solutions as per agreed architectural patterns. 
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of artefacts such as Build Guides, As-Built-As-Configured Documents, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), etc. 
• Contribute to the development of system integration policies, standards, and tools. 
• Collaborate with vendor/supplier specialists to provide solutions and optimise designs to achieve expected outcomes.
• Identify and analyse end user computing requirements.
• Lead a team of EUC technicians; work with peers in a highly collaborative and high-performing team environment. 
• Report to the Development Technical Lead in relation to status of activities, identified risks, and task completion at a high enough level to allow upward communication through the organisation.

Required Skills / Experience:   

• Over 5 years’ experience in designing, implementing and supporting large scale, geographically distributed end user computing environments
• Experience in designing, implementing and supporting SOE baselines for VDI and thick-client endpoints
• Developing and maintaining configuration baselines for endpoint devices using tools such as Ansible, Jenkins, Gitlab, Powershell, etc
• Experience in designing, implementing and facilitating software packaging and virtualized application delivery solutions
• Strong cyber security focus in the design and implementation of endpoint protection technologies such as antivirus, application whitelisting, device control, patch management, etc.
• Good understanding of Active Directory, PKI certificates, Group Policy, etc. 
• Ability to take requirements, standards, and frameworks and apply them in a practical application to future proposed solution designs and systems. 
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements in a fast-paced environment to meet changing deadlines and shifting priorities.  
• Ability to work under broad direction with a high level of autonomy
• Experience in developing highly available/fault tolerant systems, networks, and infrastructure in a connected, partially connected, degraded, or often disconnected state.
• Experience effectively leading small teams of technical personnel (i.e. 5 people).
