Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum commitment of 3 months full-time internship
• Have a working device(laptop/desktop) with a stable internet connection
• Diploma or Degree or Masters (Pursuing or Graduated) in any field

• Strong interest in web development technologies and a desire to learn and grow in the field
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with exposure to modern front-end frameworks such as React.js or Vue.js

About the Role:

The Manager of Web Development will play a crucial role within the Customer Success department's Professional Services team, driving the design and implementation of career sites for our diverse clientele. This role demands a seasoned professional with 8-10+ years of advanced front-end development experience, capable of leading a team and fostering seamless collaboration with implementation and integration teams. The primary objective is to spearhead the delivery of exceptional career site development, ensuring client needs are not only met but consistently surpassed. Team Leadership & Management:
