RESPONSIBILITIES
- Database maintenance and support. Assists in setting up and maintenance of production databases.
- Identify and resolve data inconsistencies and system issues.
- Responds to alerts triggered by failures or warnings in the IT environment: network, storage, backups, servers, databases, etc.

THE ROLE

The successful candidate will be responsible for the group wide Active Directory. The high performing candidate should work as per ITIL V4 standard and display their penchant for emphasizing governance and management over sole technical controls. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Management of the Active Directory processes
- Global responsibility of AD user management
- On-/off-boarding processes
- Maintenance of AD attributes
- Management of GPOs
- Management of Intune guidelines
- Further development of Active Directory processes
- Further development of the permissions and roles concept in global AD
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
Professional Competencies (Qualification, Experience & Skills):
- 5 years of professional experience in the field of Microsoft technologies.
- Proven experience in Active Directory, Entra ID, and Hybrid environments.
- Experience with GPOs and Intune configurations.
- Experience with user account management in AD, Entra ID, and hybrid environments.
