Job Description
- Architect and design complex, scalable, and secure Pega solutions aligned to client business requirements.
- Define and maintain solution architecture blueprints, integration patterns, and deployment models.
- Lead and mentor development teams, set technical direction, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate requirements into robust Pega solutions.
- Evaluate and recommend emerging Pega technologies and drive innovation in solution design.
- Perform architectural and code reviews, enforce guardrails, and establish best practices.
- Resolve critical technical issues and provide architectural guidance throughout the SDLC.
- Develop and maintain technical and architectural documentation.
- Ensure on-time and within-budget delivery of Pega projects while meeting non-functional requirements (performance, scalability, security).
- Communicate project status, risks, and architectural decisions to stakeholders and senior leadership.
