Dans le cadre de la vente de 36 avions d'armes Rafale au client Indian Air Force (IAF), Safran Aircraft Engines doit soutenir son client sur les Bases Opérationnelles d'Ambala et Hasimara en Inde, par la mise en place d'un « Field Service Representative » (FSR) pour le Programme M88. Le poste est rattaché à la Direction Supports et Services de la Division des Moteurs Militaires de Safran Aircraft Engines.
Le / La Field Service Representative (FSR) est le point focal du Soutien Opérationnel sur base client, à ce titre il assure les missions suivantes :
- Contribuer à la bonne exécution opérationnelle des engagements contractuels
- Etre, en local, l'interface privilégiée du client pour toutes les questions associées à l'exploitation des moteurs de la flotte qu'il/elle soutient,
- Partager avec les chargés d'affaires et les Customer Support Manager (CSM) toutes informations liées à la situation opérationnelle des flottes avions & moteurs et de l'activité de vol client,
- Contribuer à la satisfaction du Client en général
- Assister le client pour assurer la continuité de fonctionnement du moteur et le maintien en état de vol de l'avion dans le respect des consignes de sécurité / navigabilité et de la documentation technique
- Assister le client dans la gestion de sa flotte moteur en atelier, anticiper et être force de propositions pour améliorer la disponibilité des moteurs, modules et/ou équipements et le maintien des moyens de soutien.
- Transmettre les rapports d'activités périodiques et les données d'utilisation des moteurs (weekly report, .) ou tout autre événements de flotte (rapport d'incident/accident)
- Participer aux différents rituels Safran Aircraft Engines de suivi d'exécution du contrat
- Faciliter la communication entre le client et SAE et ses partenaires (Dassault, Thalès,.)
- Coordonner l'équipe des « Field Technical / Logistic Representatives » Safran présente sur Base
- Veiller aux bonnes conditions de travail local, à la cohésion et aux performances de l'équipe de soutien Safran Aircraft Engines

- Poste avancé auprès du client Basé en Inde, au sein des Bases Aériennes Militaires d'Ambala et Hasimara.
- Prévoir des déplacements récurrents entre les 2 bases.
- Disponibilité et amplitude horaire possible avec astreinte de nuit ou le week end
- Ce poste est pour un engagement de 3 ans et s'inscrit dans le processus Mercato de l'assistance technique D2M.
**Parlons de vous**
- Faire preuve d'une expérience réussie en tant que support technique client, avec au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans le domaine de l'entretien ou de la réparation du moteur M88 (niv 1 et 2)
Expérience en management transversal d'équipe technique,
- ens développé du relationnel et du service au client,
- ens de l'anticipation et de l'analyse de risque,
Bonne faculté de communication (multi relationnel à distance - client & interne société),
- A itudes pédagogiques : savoir expliquer et transmettre un savoir faire,
Facultés d'adaptation (travail en environnement multiculturel / poste basé à l'étranger),
- Disponibilité (astreinte et potentiels déplacements),
- Aut ome, curieux et réactif,
Rigueur, précision et respect des procédures sont des qualités devant être reconnues.
