**Your key responsibilities**
+ Data Management: Collect, compile, and analyze data to support new product introductions. Must have knowledge of operations like spray drying, dry blending, emulsion process etc.
+ Process Support: Assist in the industrialization of new products, including developing manufacturing instructions and overseeing hyper-care production on the shop floor.
+ Administrative Tasks: Ensure all necessary administrative duties are completed for the successful introduction of new products.
+ Process Improvement: Support ongoing efforts to improve manufacturing processes and evaluate existing strategies.
+ Support in Conducting quality defect containment, root cause investigations, and assist with part inspections.
+ Must have the knowledge of FSSAI, GMP, GHP, HACCP etc. concept related to Food industries.
