Summary

As a Programmer Analyst, you will be responsible for our public opinion surveys' programming and deployment process from inception to completion. You will gain exposure to a user-friendly survey platform for political data collection and analysis and practical applications of JavaScript and HTML. We are looking for adaptable and eager individuals with a thirst for knowledge to grow in our fast-paced industry.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Program phone and online surveys using our proprietary, user-friendly survey platform
• Professionally converse with multiple clients to determine programming set-up and project specifications
• Interpret and generate unique programming solutions, through HTML and JavaScript, for various client programming requests
• Vigorous testing and quality checks of surveys, on a surface and backend level, to confirm accurate programming
• Analyze skip logic in Excel to verify all programming scenarios are set up correctly before projects launch to ensure data integrity
• Troubleshoot and respond to mid-field programming changes from internal team and external clients

Required Skills:

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Basic knowledge of HTML or JavaScript
• Strong attention to detail
• Eager and willing to learn new skills and techniques
