Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Liaisoning Manager to manage government approvals, statutory compliances, regulatory clearances, and stakeholder coordination for our real estate and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of government procedures, approval processes, documentation management, and relationship-building with various authorities.
Key Responsibilities
Liaising with Government Departments, Regulatory Authorities, and Private Agencies
Managing approvals and clearances from TCP, Municipal Corporation, Revenue Department, Pollution Control Board, Fire Department, Electricity Board, Jal Shakti Department, PWD, Mining Department, and other statutory bodies
Obtaining and tracking CTE, CTO, Fire NOCs, Environmental Clearances, Building Plan Approvals, Occupancy Certificates, and other project-related permissions
Screening and verification of project-related documents and maintaining records
Managing online registrations, applications, and submissions through government portals
Tracking approval status and ensuring timely follow-up with concerned authorities
Coordinating with CRM, Legal, Engineering, Sales, and Project Teams for smooth project execution
Maintaining proper documentation, compliance records, licenses, and renewal schedules
Building and maintaining strong relationships with government officials and key stakeholders
Handling tender documentation, proposal preparation, bid submissions, and compliance reviews when required
Supporting management in resolving regulatory issues and ensuring project compliance
Desired Candidate Profile
3–8 years of experience in Liaisoning, Government Relations, Regulatory Compliance, or Real Estate Approvals
Strong understanding of statutory approval processes and government procedures
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and manage approvals independently
Experience in Real Estate, Infrastructure, Construction, or Government Projects preferred
