• Ensure effective implementation and growth of the Cambridge International Curriculum  (Early Years to A-Levels)

• Proven leadership experience as a Principal, Vice Principal, or Head of School
• Minimum 5–10 years  of experience in international education, preferably in a Cambridge-affiliated school
• Deep understanding of Cambridge curriculum, pedagogy, assessments, and school evaluation frameworks
• Master’s degree in Education / Educational Leadership or related field
• Strong communication, strategic thinking, and people management skills
• A global mindset and commitment to holistic development of students

• Customize programs to align with the specific needs and contexts of each school.

• Monitoring and Evaluation:
