Role Description:
- Games24x7 is looking for a 4+ years Senior Graphic Designer to join the Product Design team at Rummy Circle. As the platform continues to evolve with new formats, features, and user journeys, this role is pivotal in shaping the visual experience for millions of players across the app.
- As part of the Product Design team, your core responsibility will be to design high-quality creatives that enhance key in-app journeys—such as onboarding, gameplay engagement, retention flows, rewards, and transactional feedback. You will work alongside UX designers, product managers, and motion designers to bring these experiences to life through visually compelling and intuitive design.
- This is not a traditional brand marketing role. Instead, your focus will be on solving product challenges through product-led visual communication—creating assets like banners, pop-ups, nudges, overlays, guided walkthroughs, push creatives, and motion-based interactions that are embedded within the app experience.
- You should be highly creative, detail-oriented, and proactive in exploring new ways to engage users. The ideal candidate is someone who can deconstruct a business or user problem and translate it into visual narratives that are not only appealing but also effective in driving user behavior.
- You must be proficient in tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Figma, and other creative software. A solid understanding of mobile-first design and gamified UI patterns is essential. Experience with Lottie, motion graphics, or interactive formats will be an added advantage.
