Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations and ensure production targets are met efficiently, safely, and in compliance with quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a good understanding of production processes, and the ability to coordinate teams to achieve operational excellence.

Main Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and supervise production schedules to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
  

• Monitor production processes and adjust schedules or workflow to optimize efficiency.

• Strong understanding of production processes, workflow management, and quality standards.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
