1. Process Automation Engineer:

Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Process Automation Engineer to design, develop, and implement workflow automation solutions using tools like Camunda, Azure App Logic, or similar platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in workflow automation, experience in collaborating with customers to understand their business requirements, and the technical expertise to transform those requirements into efficient automated processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience in workflow automation using tools like Camunda, Azure App Logic, or similar platforms.

- Strong understanding of Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) standards.

- Ability to work closely with customers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Experience in integrating workflows with APIs, databases, and third-party systems.

- Proficiency in scripting languages and/or development environments related to automation tools.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.

- Hands on exp in testing, debugging, and deployment of automated workflows to ensure high-quality delivery.

- Must be updated with emerging tools and technologies in the process automation domain.

As a Senior Business Process Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated solutions to optimize business processes across the organization. You will work closely with a cross-funcitonal team of engineers and analysts, as well as stakeholders from various departments to understand their needs and create innovative automation solutions that improve efficiency, reduce manual tasks, and enhance the overall productivity of the organization.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in automation tools, programming languages, and a solid understanding of process engineering. This is a hands-on, technical role with a focus on designing scalable automation architectures, integrating systems, and driving continuous improvement.

Purpose of the role

The Digital and Technology team of General Mills India Centre is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic individual to contribute to the Global Digital Transformation initiative at General Mills in capacity of a Lead Process Automation Engineer. This role will report into the Manager of the General Mills Process Automation Talent Acceleration Center (TAC) and functionally collaborate with our Global Process Automation Team. In this technical role, the Lead Process Automation Engineer will help drive the success of digital transformation, Low Code, and Automation efforts at General Mills, by leading, designing, and delivering innovative solutions leveraging multiple technologies such as Low Code No code, Workflow, API Integrations, Cloud, Bots, Automate Evolve for SAP, AI/ML, and Agents. 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

· Collaborate with Product Owners, Solution Managers, Architects, and the team to grasp the product vision and roadmap.

· Assist in the design, development, support, and maintenance of Automations and Custom Low Code Applications. (Web UI, Workflows, CRUD Apps.)

· Analyse and address complex, multi-faceted issues across the entire technology stack, necessitating collaboration across teams and technology boundaries.

· Integrate Low-Code Apps with enterprise tools like SAP, GCP, SQL.

· Develop Custom Inbound & Outbound APIs.

· Oversee Low-Code platforms, infrastructure, security, and modernization projects.

· Guide and implement the roadmap execution among internal and external teams in India and the US, including establishing coding standards and enforcing them through code reviews to ensure scalability of solutions.
