**What you will do**
The **AWS Cloud Engineer** will be responsible for maintaining scalable, secure, and reliable AWS cloud infrastructure. JOB PURPOSE:
Senior AWS Cloud Engineer with deep expertise in AWS managed services and migration, complemented by working knowledge of Azure. The role focuses on managing complex AWS environments and executing migration initiatives while maintaining operational excellence and cost optimization.
 
CERTIFICATIONS:
AWS Solutions Architect Professional certification
AWS DevOps Engineer Professional
AWS Advanced Networking or Security Specialty certification
Azure Fundamentals certification (AZ-900)
 
RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDES ALL TASKS):
Cloud Operations & Management
Design, implement, and manage enterprise AWS infrastructure focusing on high availability
Develop and maintain infrastructure standards and best practices documentation
Implement comprehensive monitoring solutions with proactive alerting
Design and implement backup and disaster recovery solutions with proven RPO/RTO
Manage capacity planning and resource optimization across multiple environments
Handle security implementations including compliance requirements (ISO, SOC, PCI as applicable)
Provide L3 technical support for production issues
Manage cloud costs and implement optimization strategies
Build and maintain infrastructure automation solutions
Participate in 24x7 on-call support rotation
Migration & Transformation
Conduct detailed infrastructure and application assessment for migration planning
Create and execute migration strategies for different types of workloads
Handle complex database migrations with minimal downtime
Implement and manage hybrid cloud connectivity
Ensure application dependency mapping and migration
Execute staged migrations with proper testing and validation
Manage stakeholder communication during migration events
Create and maintain migration runbooks and documentation
Provide post-migration support and optimization
Handle data synchronization and cutover planning
DevOps Implementation
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application deployments
Implement Infrastructure as Code practices using industry-standard tools
Create automated solutions for routine operational tasks
Manage container orchestration platforms for microservices
Implement comprehensive logging and monitoring solutions
Automate security and compliance checks
Support development teams with deployment automation
Maintain deployment documentation and runbooks
Azure Knowledge Requirements
Good Understanding of Azure infrastructure services (Compute, Storage, Network)
Familiarity with Azure migration tools and methodologies
Experience in hybrid cloud scenarios between AWS and Azure
Understanding of Azure monitoring and management tools
Knowledge of Azure identity and access management

Location – Bang / Hyd/Pune
Experience : 7+ years
Shift : 5:30 PM to 2:30 PM
 
 
Job Description:
· Architect and build cloud-based infrastructure, ensuring scalability, availability, and security.
· Collaborate with development and security teams to define infrastructure requirements and implement solutions.
· Define and implement Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) standards using tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
· Contribute to cloud strategy and roadmap development aligned with enterprise goals.
· Ensure infrastructure compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations.
· Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
· Partner with operations and FinOps teams to enable automated provisioning and cloud cost governance.
· Promote financial accountability by designing infrastructure with cost efficiency, tagging standards, and resource optimization in mind.
 
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent experience.
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in AWS infrastructure design and implementation.
· Expertise in AWS; additional experience with Azure or Google Cloud is a plus.
· Proficient with automation and IaC tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible).
· Understanding of FinOps principles and cloud cost optimization.
· Familiarity with CI/CD, containerization, and networking concepts.
· Experience with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations preferred.
· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
· Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
· Preferred certifications: AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Google Cloud Professional Architect.
