Skills Requirements:

  • Experience Required: 3+ years of core experience in strategy consulting (management consulting, brand consulting or business consulting)
  • Demonstrated experience leading strategic projects from research through final recommendations
  • Experience with both B2B and consumer sectors preferred; B2B experience highly valued
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities with ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights
  • Strong analytical skills including competitive analysis, market assessment, trend analysis, and opportunity identification

We seek an individual who is passionate about leveraging digital channels to connect with consumers and drive measurable business outcomes in the fast-paced FMCG industry. This role is based inMumbai, Maharashtra, IN but requires the incumbent to work from a remote location.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement innovative digital marketing strategies aligned with FMCG business objectives.
  • Oversee all digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and paid advertising.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation and ROI.
  • Analyze campaign performance, generate insightful reports, and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Lead and mentor a remote digital marketing team.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
  • Drive website traffic, lead generation, and customer acquisition through digital initiatives.
  • Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
  • Develop and execute strategies for customer engagement and retention.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the FMCG sector.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team management abilities.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing remote teams is essential.
  • Creative thinking and ability to innovate in a dynamic market.
