Our client is seeking a highly creative and analytical Remote Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to drive our online presence and marketing initiatives. This is a completely remote position, allowing you to leverage your expertise from anywhere. The ideal candidate will have a proven history of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and analyzing campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and optimize customer acquisition. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing trends, analytics tools, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights for continuous campaign improvement.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage and optimize Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns.
  • Oversee social media strategy, content creation, and community management across relevant platforms.
  • Design and implement effective email marketing campaigns, including segmentation and automation.
  • Create engaging and relevant content for blogs, websites, and other digital channels.
  • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media analytics.
  • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling marketing assets.
  • Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Manage digital advertising budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
  • Optimize website user experience (UX) for improved conversion rates.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy and execution.
  • Demonstrable success in managing SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.
  • Strong understanding of content management systems (CMS) and website analytics.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and a passion for innovation in marketing.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote setting.
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
