Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop, customise, and deliver interactive sessions on topics such as budgeting, saving, investing, credit management, loans, insurance, and taxation.
Simplify complex financial concepts using real-life examples, activities, games, and multimedia tools.
Track students’ progress through quizzes, surveys, or assessments and provide feedback.
Maintain records of sessions conducted, attendance, and outcomes for reporting and improvement.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, Education, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Proven experience in training, teaching, or financial consulting (experience in financial literacy programs is a plus).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with students of primary, middle, and high school.
Passionate about financial empowerment and social impact.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Review and monitor the progress of all students and identify their individual learning needs. Differentiate instruction to meet those needs of the students, providing extra support to those students who are below grade level.
- Sensitively and appropriately provide trauma-informed pastoral care to our students. Handle urgent situations with consummate professionalism and in accordance with our Discipline Policy and Safeguarding Policy, utilising the school’s support network as necessary.
- Conduct regular and varied formative and summative assessments, recording and reporting grades and performance.
- Attend and participate actively in regular professional development activities.
- Help our school excel with your participation and leadership in community engagement, competitions, school trips and other activities.
