- Valid Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) license with endorsements relevant to the aircraft fleet.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in aircraft line or base maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of aircraft systems, structures, engines, and avionics.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and engineering drawings.
- Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Excellent understanding of aviation safety regulations and best practices.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work effectively in a physically demanding environment, often at heights and in confined spaces.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy for record-keeping and documentation.
- Certification on specific aircraft types operated by the client will be an added advantage.
