Interpret job cards/technical drawings; perform OEM-compliant repairs on LEAP engine components (fan blades, fan cases, nacelles, thrust reversers).
Utilize advanced materials (CFRP, GFRP, Kevlar) and repair techniques (lay-up, patching, curing).
Assess damage (delam, cracks, erosion); perform sanding, abrading, chemical prep.
Apply composite/metallic repairs per CMM/OEM specs using room-temp or oven/autoclave cure.
Perform riveting (solid, Hi-Lok, blind), fastener replacement, and sealant application.
Conduct precision rework to meet dimensional and fitment tolerances.
