Roles and Responsibilities:
End to End AMC management for all 10 vendors (DG,Compressors,Air dryers,MHE area, annual activities of transformer ACB,VCB , Wrapping m/c, UPS, Kardex management etc) and invoice bookings. Vendor selection basis technical competency Quote review, negotiation, SOW scope discussion PR and PO follow up vendor Visit schedule preparation Service pre permits approvals, on site vendor supervision Managing cost within budget, payment follow ups Spares creation and stock manasgment for non comprehensive AMCs 22 KV cable change project execution Solar Opex 462Kwp PPA draft Agreement , Execution , supervison, supplier follow ups, VFD project for 1000cfm compressors GOD structure and transformer activities GRC Audit coordination, participation in Audit Implement all energy saving initiatives, track and follow up the actions. Timley Submit summary implementation report timely IR audit and open action timely closure Monitor enery consumption of various sources in plant machineries Energy metrics update MOS weekly/monthly Laise with inspector of factories Work to meet electrical standards and compliance with the local MSEB Electrical authority Air compressor energy saving initiatives Execute zero leak arrest plan prepare and install SOW to all utility equipments, create procedures Plan utility resource, cable, pneumatic lines, and energy source for new installations Machine loading, unloading , moving to location Vendor follow up, supervision, payement follow ups.
