Job Description
Under general supervision, consults with professional engineering or scientific personnel on the objectives or parameters of a wide variety of Technical Support Projects. Follow the methods, identify and select the Components & Equipments mentioned in data privided. Perform the actions and procedures required for fabricating, assembling, installing, and testing variety of Aerospace Sensor Product assemblies, components, materials, apparatus, and equipment.
**Major Accountabilities / Deliverables**
+ Assembly & Testing of Sensor Products such as Solenoid Valve, LVDT, RVDT, Potentiometer, Resolvers etc. (Preferably in Aerospace Product Domain) according to technical drawings, schematic, and other instructions
+ Maintain the basic process workflow of Sub components, Raw material, Jigs-fixtures, Tools etc. for the assembly & testing as per specified Aerospace standards
+ Inspection of assembled parts and products to ensure they meet Aero quality standards and specifications.
+ Basic Cross Functional Discussions with Global Stakeholders with B1 and above English Language Proficient competency. Integrity in behavioral competency
+ Soldering the Electronic components, Coils etc. as per IPC J-STD-001 standard guidelines.
+ Analyzes design deficiencies or malfunctions where immediate determinations regarding causes and needed corrections are required. Determines alternative designs, methods, materials, and equipment as needed.
+ Completing necessary paperwork, such as production logs and defects report
